Due to ongoing construction at the board office (220 Portsmouth Ave.), LDSB will operate a support centre for the public for student transcript requests & pick-ups, school registration assistance, and general inquiries (walk-ins) at Kingston Secondary School (145 Kirkpatrick Street) with hours from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

This satellite location will be the preferred location for pick-up of student transcripts July 10 - August 26, 2023.

To obtain a student transcript during the summer, please call the board office first at 613-544-6920. When contacting the board office for your transcript, please provide your full name (if you have changed names, please specify your birth name), your date of birth, the name of the last school you attended, and your current contact information.  Summer transcript requests may take up to 5 business days to process.
